How to Register
To attend the Local Climate Local Change Conference 2010 please complete the online registration form by clicking on the link below. Each delegate is required to register individually. Please ensure you read the registration information carefully before registering.

Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Payment can be made by either of the following methods:
• Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)
• Cheques made payable to Conexion Event Management
• International Bank Draft payable to Conexion Event Management.
Payment must be in Australian Dollars, payable on an Australian bank and free from all charges
Please note that debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as Conexion Event Management.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 5 February 2010 will receive a full refund less $AU100 administration charge. Cancellations received on or after 5 February 2010 will not be refunded.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide details of the substitute in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
SOCIAL PROGRAM
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Function will be an exciting way to open the Conference. The cocktail function is an excellent opportunity to mingle with old colleagues and make new acquaintances.

Location: Exhibition Area, York Fairmont Resort
Dress: Cocktail
Tickets: Inclusive in the Conference registration fee. For catering purposes and to avoid waste, attendance at the function must be selected during the registration process.
Happy Hour Drinks and Trade Display
The Happy Hour Drinks and Trade Display will provide delegates with an opportunity to interact with the educational and industry leading exhibitors.
Date & Time: Monday 1 September 2010, 5.20pm – 6.20pm
Location: Exhibition Area, York Fairmont Resort
Dress: Smart Casual
Tickets: Inclusive in the Conference registration fee. For catering purposes and to avoid waste, attendance at the function must be selected during the registration process.
A selection of Blue Mountains restaurants will be open on this evening to cater to Conference Delegates. These restaurants will be published a a later date.
Conference Dinner
Date & Time: Tuesday 2 September 2010, 5.00pm – 10.30pm
Location: Conference Ballroom, York Fairmont Resort
Dress: After Five
Tickets: Inclusive in the Conference registration fee. For catering purposes and to avoid waste, attendance at the function must be selected during the registration process.
Transfer coaches will be available between your accommodation and the York Fairmont Resort. Please indicate on the online registration system if you will require this complimentary service.
Accompanying Person Tour
An exciting accompanying persons tour will be available for the partners of Conference delegates. The tour will provide partners with a stimulating opportunity to see the local Blue Mountains area.
Details of the tour will be sent to the Conference Delegates.
